Everything I've tried from Panera Bread has been outstandingly good. I can't say enough good things about their food. The sandwiches, the bread, the baked goods, heck, even something as simple as Mac & Cheese is just superb!

The new NEW Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich barely had mozzarella and the lettuce didn't seem fresh. I basically just ate bread.

My Canada Dry Ginger Ale was just the soda water (no syrup, no flavor). The Bistro French Onion Soup had no cheese. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwich and I got the sandwich but there's no tomatoe or avocado but two miserable slices of tomatoe and one slice of avocado...pretty sad.

We asked for three tubs of cream cheese because the two tubs of cream cheese that are included in the bakers dozen are too less for 13 bagels. The order arrived with 1. How are we going to serve bagels now?This Panera store has been awful lately.
