The soufflé was just thrown into the big bag. It should've been put in a little bag and then put it in the big bag,  the soufflé was a little burnt

It also was not wrapped properly.  The soufflé was put in the bag without being put in a smaller bag to keep it fresh. It was just thrown in the bag like that and the bag wasn't close properly.  Very disappointed in the packaging and it was a little bit burnt on top.

was shorted an asiago bagel. couldn't find a spot to ask for cream for my coffee. napkins at the bottom of the bag with the bagels thrown on top. cream cheese also put in free floating. could've been put in another bag with the napkins and cutlery
bagels are delicious though.

The Spicy Take Chicken sandwich was terrible. The pickle chips were non existent and in crumbs. Very disappointing since it cost $15!!!
