We ordered 2 medium pizzas from Papa AJs through skip the dishes tonight. Both pizzas were overbaked with almost no sauce. One of the pizzas was the completely wrong pizza, spicy, and completely inedible. The other was not much better and had no sauce or toppings.
I called the store first and spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager. She admitted it sounded like we got the wrong pizza, but offered no empathy or refund. She said I had to contact skip for a refund since I paid through skip. I requested a refund from skip but it was declined because no items were missing, only incorrect.
My friend called the store back to speak to the same girl who told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up if we could submit a skip receipt and proof skip did not credit us. I have emails of both. She took my friend's number and said the owner would review it and they would call us back.
She called my friend back a few minutes later and said the owner will not credit us if skip will not credit us. This is the same woman who just told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up order. She even implied that we were lying, even though we offered to show them both emails.
That's pretty dirty business practices. Don't order from here if unless you want to be cheated. $54 for 2 inedible pizzas and no one is accountable.

This has got to be some of the worse Large Super Hawaiian Pizza I have ever had in Chilliwack/Sardis. The dough is incredibly thin for not being there thin crust option, and its falling apart. As I grabbed a piece the toppings fell off not in a crumble but in a whole slab. Absolutely Vile, and I would recommend no one ever order from here because its quite clear they don't care about the quality they serve.
In addition the freshness was definitely lacking since it gives off it was made a while ago for whoever ordered it next. Lasagna was tasteless and bland. looks like they add no layers besides noodles and alot of cheese on top to hide the disappointment you will encounter when you take your first bite.

Pizza was mediocre, pretty much flavourless and everything falls off the pizza while you're eating it. The spaghetti same thing, very mediocre and flavourless. Kind of makes me feel like this was a joke. couldn't find any ranch additives but if you do, definitely add some because this pizza is incredibly underwhelming.

Every time I order from here the pizza is overcooked. The flavors are not there at all and they skimp out on toppings
