I order pretty regularly from here and each time I get more disappointed. The food is good! But the service is inconsistent at best. When I pay for extra dressing, they never include it and sometimes don't give you any dressing at all. The amount of chicken tenders you can get as an add-on on a Garden Salad Entree is laughable (about three 2"-3" pieces). So I ordered a side of Plain Chicken Tenders the next time and for $13+ I received 4-5 small tenders. The salads are normally good but lately have been 90% iceberg lettuce with minimal veggies. I really enjoy the food but it is very overpriced for what you actually receive.

French Fries not cooked all the way and soggy. Small portion for a large 8$ fry. Normally these fry's are pretty decent must be the employees it is Rochester. Ha

I've ordered from Papa Gino's lots of times and tonight was the best pizza I've had. It was excellent, I asked for extra cheese and actually got it!

Taste is great BUT I reorder the same thing I did from a month ago  and yet I get a tiny pizza. A tiny pizza for $35?
