Packaging can be way better on Papa John's end. Gives us the ones ordering a sense of comfortably that our food won't be tampered with. Our food was easily accessible anyone could slip something in there and we wouldn't even know.

The pizza base was very soft and lacked crispiness, which affected the overall taste. Unfortunately, it did not taste good and felt undercooked. Not a great experience.

I ordered from door dash. My dasher was great. But disappointed in papa Johns. My cheese sticks that were suppose to be cheesy and soft, my order was made terribly it barely had any cheese it was very dry and hard.
