The Loaded Cheesesteak Fries was amazing. Though I added an extra cheese cup and ketchup didn't receive either. I ordered a Brownie and I received a chocolate chip cookie. I am asking for $3.99 back because that cookie wasn't worth the money I paid. I won't be ordering from this place again because they don't have it together over there. Customer service is lacking.

I ordered this CHOPPED CHEESE COMBO and waited one hour and 30 minutes. my dasher waited 30 of those minutes at the vendor. price said 14 dollars paid 20 dollars, free shipping btw. that was before I tipped the driver. I got the stupidest saddest hoggie I've ever seen in my life. it wasn't even 5 inches long. the cheese wasn't the same cheese that was writen in the description. instead of the cheese being in the roll. the cheese was on the wrapper. not a single bit of the cheese was in the roll. half of what little meat was on the roll was in the cheese stuck to the wrapper. it was a pathetic amount of meat in the meal. there's no option to remove the frys which btw ive counted them, there was 12 frys in a large container. the container was 4 times larger than the roll and I don't understand why the roll wasn't just inside the container with the frys. I will not order from this place again. you can go down the road to Jerry's and purchase a double size cheesesteak for 10 whole dollars

I love this place. Favorite new restaurant. the cheesesteaks taste great and are wrapped just right to stay hot even if the driver takes a while.

I got the CHOPPED CHEESE COMBO. The meat was cooked to a crisp so it was so dry. There was more onion than meat and it had almost no cheese .
Not satisfied at all.

Food is very good the fries are awesome, but they always mess up my cheesesteak. One time I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and they gave me tenders. Another time they messed up and gave me a different cheesesteak entirely. Without fail they always forget my chipotle sauce as well. $1 sauce and they always forget. Other than that the food is good.
