Food is good but I never get the ranch or mayo that I order. This happens everytime

The cheesesteak was underwhelming to say the least. For $18.99 I got a dry, under portioned, tasteless sandwich. The amount of fries was laughable. Would not recommend.

Didn't give me the ranch. The Loaded Cheesesteak Fries had one sliver of cheesesteak in them. Will not order again. Also took over an hour to prepare the food

Definitely didn't receive $8 worth of fries. Nor did I receive the Buffalo sauce I ordered. The chicken cheesecake tasted like it had no seasoning.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak with no onions and a Regular Fries. Both came with onions and the fries also had cheese sauce and steak or some kind of meat. Wasnt able to eat either myself but my roommate loved the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and thought the Philly cheesesteak fries were okay. Said the steak was too bland and rubbery
