The Tripe was awesome !! It's crisp and crunchy but not hard So tender not chew . Big size and tasty!!

Partner's must update their Door Dash menu to accurately reflect what does or does not come with their Sunday menu and the sides available. Leaving customers on hold for extended periods of time (we are not talking about a minute or two, but over 10-minutes twice)... notably when customers can hear the unprofessionalism and borderline ignorant conversations on the other end. For the wait, the dressing was disappointing, cold, and oddly sweet. The baked chicken had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. The cabbage was satisfactory.

I'm not sure what's changed at this place but they've progressively gotten worse. The catfish nuggets and buffalo ( I ordered whole jack but they were out) were bland as in absolutely no seasoning. They used to have some of the best fish in the area. The sides were terrible... not to mention we ordered Cole slaw and got potato salad. The fries were soggy and not done all the way. Yes they gave me potato salad with my fries. You can count on the fact that they're always going to be out of something and I suspect sometimes they just give you what they want to . They've lost my business for good. The customer service is generally decent.

It depends on who is at work for you to get a great Tripe. Whoever worked yesterday is not at work today! Tripe was dark in color and greasy!SHAME!! Food should be consistent, Love the Tripe when it's done well
