Took over an hour “preparing order”. They do their own delivery and it is painfully slow. After waiting over an hour I called and was told it was just leaving. It then took another 30 minutes. It’s unfortunate because the food is good, especially their vegan/vegetarian options. I would only recommend ordering from them if you can do so two hours before you actually want the food.

We live 2 minutes away from this restaurant and it took over 2 hours to receive our food. When it finally came it was stuck between two doors, the box was soaked and the Cheese Pie (14" Small Pizza) was cold. The owner told me on the phone that the order was on the way which was a lie. Very unprofessional. Cannoli was decent.

description says something totally different then what is delivered to you. its a complete rip off. and then you call and the owner gets really nasty and rude with you
