Extremely delicious! Especially for people who enjoy deserts that aren't too sweet will love this place! Similar to Beard Papa but not as heavy or sweet. The Chouxs have an amazing texture and highly recommend the Mochi Cubes - must try!

I'm now addicted to Pate a choux! I love their vanilla cream and how much filling is in each one. The mochi cube is also a must!

I can't say the puffs are better than Beard Papa. The cream filling is not as refreshing as Beard Papa's and the puff has a strange texture - not the usual cream puff pastry texture.  The Mochi cube is different and sort of like a mini honey toast with some mochi and cream inside. I like the cubes better.

Every one we ordered Original (Black sesame), Original Choux (Matcha), Original Vanilla Mochi brûlée, Original Choux (Vanilla), Nutella roasted almond, Creme strawberry was super delicious. Tge dough was  thin and light, the filling not very sweet and  very tasty! We had company and shared them all. I strongly recommend for any occasion!.

The chocolate coating really ruins what are otherwise lovely desserts. the Original Choux (Vanilla) is easily their best, but I couldn't finish the hazelnut as the chocolate cream filling ruined the entire pastry. Please try sticking to the basics and not trying to one up beard papa because it's not working out in my opinion. I don't foresee myself ever buying from Pate a Chouzlx ever again.
