the poor sandwich was drowning in mayo, even after askingfor light mayo. the fries were ok just very small and overly crisp.quite unusual for this store so probably just an off day. Will order again just without mayo and fries.

Regular sized sub, both ends of sub was just bread. Meat did not go all the way to the ends, fries were more flimsy than crispy.

Medium share size Fresh-Cut Fries barely even half a cup. Pizza sub with no pizza sauce, Philly Cheesesteak with no onion peppers or mushrooms just meat and cheese.

in word, the cheesteak was disgusting. I paid $20 dollars for a dinky sandwich, the meat was awful, they flavored it with soy sauce or something like that. There were barely any mushrooms, the onions were sautéed but not enough because they were crunchy, and there was no pizza sauce. a good Philly cheesesteak has ketchup on it and they couldn't even handle it. I find Penn Station to be a WASTE of money and a SHAM. If I were Door Dash I'd seriously reconsider sponsoring them because it makes Door Dash look BAD....

French fries were crispy burnt and got the bottom of the basket. 1/2 of my 8 dollar fries were burnt ends.
