I order one at least once a week and could never get tired of them because they really do taste that amazing. For around $12 you are getting a gyro so large it is almost impossible to eat all of it at once and fries are included. You can barley get a nasty combo meal at the chain restaurants for that price. I also LOVE their breaded mushrooms! Hook's is amazing. I'm not sure how it is possible but it tastes better every time I eat there. Now the food! The food here is incredible. The Falafel over Rice(vegetarian) was SO fresh. The falafel was flavorful and arrived hot, as was the rice. They offer different sides; I ordered it with salad and hummus. Delicious! The platter was generous and I had leftovers for later. The salad was made with lettuce, cabbage, chickpeas, cucumbers, onion, and tomato. Yum! I had the traditional white sauce on the salad and falafel. I also ordered half a pita to eat my hummus with. Next time I'll order a whole. There was enough hummus for a whole pita (which was warm, soft, and fresh).
I'm so happy for this new addition to the typical burger joint (although their diverse menu covers that, too!).
