This location is a joke. This is now the second time I received a sandwich with almost no meat on it. I paid 14 dollars for a sandwich that has 3 shreds of meat on it. This is a club. tjere are suppoesd to be 3 meats on it. what a joke. I am so frustrated. Literally never ordering from Pennstaion again.

Fries were very soggy and not done. Loads of grease in them. Ordered 2 medium fries and neither cup was even filled to the top. Very disappointing.

There is such an overwhelming amount of cheese that I can't taste anything else. Absolutely disgusting. And so much pizza sauce outside the sandwich that my wrapper is literally falling apart.

If you like mushy bread and mushy cookies, you'll love this place.
It's like the oven was busted.
Maybe the buns are never grilled or toasted?
Contents of sandwich were hot and good quality and flavor but buns really ruined the experience.

The bread wasn't toasted super thick hard to chew. The steak wasn't cooked all the way very chewy. Highly disappointed. Wouldn't order again. Colerain location is lazy!
