The Chicken Tikka Masala had FOUR pieces of chicken. For 16 dollars, find a bit ridiculous and scammy. The food was not as flavorful as im used to for indian food. Either. Chicken Samosa (2 Pieces) were kinda dry well. The the food was not prepared by the time they said it would be.

I've been going to and ordering from Swaad for many years now. The Matar Aloo is now my new fav curry: chock full of peas and some potatoes. I wish there were more potato, and maybe a few fewer peas. The first time I got this there was a greater amount of sauce and fewer peas and I liked it better than this time in which the peas seemed to be crowding out all the liquid. Heads up on spiciness: Spicy level is more like a Medium, and the Medium is quite Mild. I thought the Veggie Masala would be a thicker stew like curry, but it was thin like a soup, but it came in a small tub so it seemed the main thing was the veg. It wasn't a bad taste, but I didn't particularly like it. I normallly like curries on rice, but I don't like how hard the Jeera rice is here, so I ordered the Vegetable Saffron Pilaf to try it. It was good and could be a meal in itself because it is that flavored. The current BOGO offer on DoorDash makes it easy to buy extra Stuffed Naan and Mango Ambb Lassi. I bought both my fav, Gobi (cauliflower), and also the Sesame flavored Stuffed Naan to try it. Both were good. The Mango Ambb Lassi are thick like yogurt or a thick smoothie, so get a spoon ready!

Tried the Vegetable Pickles tonight but couldn't even take a bite. Not for me. Very very bitter, tart flavor (maybe like a sour plum??) that I'm sure some people like, but I'm not accustomed to. The Matar Aloo was too mild tonight, mainly just a tomato sauce, but I liked the bite-sized and plentiful potatoes. The Veggie Samosa (2 Pieces) were very spicy tonight!

Hands down the BEST Indian restaurant I've ordered from in years!! This is my second time ordering the Paneer Tikka Masala and I was satisfied to the max! I was happily surprised with a small side of rice since I didn't order one. This size is smaller than the normal side of rice. There's different spice level options for those who prefer to stay original or kick up the heat. I stuck with original spice flavor which is slightly on the sweeter side. I can't get enough of how creamy and flavorful the curry is! Happy the dish doesn't have any sautéed veggies or onions. The creamier the better! The paneer is fresh, soft and fluffy. I do wish there was more paneer since the ratio of curry to paneer is off. The portion is still big enough for me to turn it into two meals. I also had pakora which wasn't too oily yet still crispy. Pakora had the perfect blend of veggies. Portion size is for one person or possibly two.
