Some of the best Persian food I have had (besides my mother in law of course lol) everything was cooked perfectly, so fresh, so juicey, so flavourful. I'm still dreaming about this meal !

I have ordered Chicken kebab a number of times before and it was always fresh, tender and tasty. Today, it was obvious that it was not cooked to order. The chicken was cold, dry and overcooked. all signs of it having been cooked previously and prepared in response to my order.
