The food was delicious! I was just upset that I paid $28 for a family style Mongolian Beef and got half of the portion.

Ribs were okay but everything else had issues. Beef and broccoli portion was extremely small. Chicken and broccoli portion was also small, tasted completely different than usual and was spicy. Sweet and sour chicken had pieces missing sauce and many pieces were just hard pieces of batter. The avocado rolls had cucumber in them when that is normally not there. Very disappointed, don't think we will be ordering from here again.

Beef was dry, rubbery and burnt. Just pieces of rubber and burnt meat in the tray. Sauce was burnt and lost whatever flavor it likely had. I added extra sauce and extra beef in the meal but neither seemed to manifest. The white rice seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. For a 30 dollar entree not including tax this was seriously disappointing.

The flavor of the Black Pepper Chicken was great but the chicken quality itself was off putting. It was very puffy and low quality. Similar to Panda Express. It doesn't look like the photos at all. The photo on the menu depicts a wok tossed chicken which is how the Mongolian beef/chicken are made. I'm not sure if they recently changed the recipe but P.F. Chang's needs to update their photos to reflect what customers will actually be receiving. As always the rice was great, arguably the only reason I still patron this establishment.
