Philly Frank's Steaks opened its doors in October 2001. We are a family owned business that has brought the taste and authenticity of Philly to our little neighborhood of San Marcos.
Pepper steak was soooo good, perfect amount of cheese and peppers. Wrapped perfectly so didnt get soggy. Now THE FRIES .. holy.... get them... remind me of sammysteak den fries from east coast. Yum yum 5 stars

Everyone everywhere makes a Philly cheesesteak a little differently. I've had them in Philly. I've had them in Chicago and elsewhere. These guys are 100% legit. The sandwich roll is spot on perfect. I have ordered from here four times and never been disappointed. Although I will say this: your best bet is with a cheesesteak variant. I personally prefer the mushroom. So good.

Food was amazing and packaged perfectly, no spills. Philly franks is a hidden gem and never disappoints . My sandwich was still warm and my onion rings still crunchy. Sandwich was loaded, can be shared but I usually eat half for lunch and save the other half for later . Highly recommend and will order again in the future.

OMG!!!! The Philly cheese steak sandwich is so good . Traditional Philly style, better than the ones I used to eat in Philadelphia. Fresh ingredients, good portion. I'll be ordering again.

Philly Frank's is a lovely hidden gem. The cheesesteaks here are awesome. The blend of steak, cheese, onions, and peppers is perfect. No large chunks are pulling out with every bite. Everyone I brought to this fine places can't stop talking about. I can't believe I just found out they do smash burgers! It was a gooey masterpiece!
