1st and last time ordering. Fries were dark brown and hard, nothing like photo showing golden brown/yellow. tastes dirty. my son wont eat neither will I. Got a pound of wings (BOGO halfpound), 9 tiny wings for 32? doubt it. Wont order again.

The Buffalo Hot Chicken Sandwich is pictured with pickles and in description states is topped with Coleslaw, however once ordering it gives option to add toppings - all at a high extra fee - and apparently if you do not select and pay extra for the toppings listed in the description , they will just send you chicken on a bun.
The wings we ordered were in the picture without breading, the options are halal and regular, halal doesn't mean unbreaded but if this is the true difference between the wing types, they should be described as such, we ended up with two pounds of breaded wings we didn't want because we thought they prepared unbreaded wings as in photos of what we selected and ordered.
Lastly, the jalapeño poppers tasted good, however they're also in the picture without breading red jalapeños and then came again, unlike the photo.
Unfortunately it's hard to know what you're actually getting with minimal descriptions of food, being charged for topping that are stated in food description, and food not resembling photos on app

I complained earlier about an item missing, but just like to say that the poppers was probably the best we have ever had. and everything else was very fresh and tasty.
