Im giving 5 stars becaue it never disappoints. Wings are probab the best in the city. Beef Luc Lac with Egg on Rice is my go to whenever im feeling ravenous.
Only gripe is delivery. It's becoming more common to need to wait 2 plus stops before receiving food and it just ruins the texture of most food. These two items travel well, but you do lose some deliciousness

Ordered 4 times within 2 weeks, the portion of the Beef Luc Lac with Egg on Rice gets smaller and smaller. Only a thin layer of beef this time hence the review. Getting harder to see the value for $20

ordered the luc luc rice to give them another chance. The meat at phnom peng express is much worse than that at main store. Almost cut into such small shreds. Overall not as good as Chinatown store.

I have been to Phnom Penh Restaurant and ordered Doordash from the restaurant many times. Their food is so good and the wings are absolutely unreal! Like the best wings I have ever had! I accidently ordered the wings via Doordash from Phnom Penh Express; absolutely terrible. Very greasy, very salty, batter seemed different and the oil tasted off. Almost not edible. Nothing like the wings from the restaurant. Soooo disappointing. Do not order from Phnom Penh Express, order from Phnom Penh Restaurant.
