10. House Special Beef Noodle Soup with Combo Beef
Ok I almost cried when I tried everything. It's too good! Great price for quality/taste and they were also accomodating with my request for no cilantro / extra spicy. Spice and flavour were perfect! Happy to have found our new fave Vietnamese place. Great for date nights. These flavours put you in a romantic mood. Enjoy!

This place is absolutely incredible ! I won't be ordering from any other Vietnamese place around. The Satay Beef Sub is massive and packed full of meat and they even add peanuts when requested which most places won't or can't do.

The pho was pretty bland and the serving size was small for $20. Had to add stuff at home to make it more flavourful, but for a high-price pho I expected it to be top tier. It's nice that it came with its own serving bowl. The satay sauce was just bland chili oil. Wouldnt recommend this place if you want a good pho.

ordered extra oxtail got 1 small piece and 1 fatty piece for almost $10 so no actual meat. my original order was 22A. Vietnamese Noodle Soup with Beef Back Rib and 1 piece had meat and the other just fat. so I gave it to the dog. disappointing that I an paying for extra meat and getting fat

Salad roles are a rip off, the shrimp is shaved so thin it's almost non-existent, and almost all lettuce and noddle.
