Just found my new fav Pho place!?! Packages really well. Not a single drop of my tasty viet coffee was spilt. I ordered the shredded 24. Shredded Chicken Noodle Soup (Chicken Broth) / Hủ Tiếu Gà and it was sooooo good, fresh, with
lean white chicken and veggies. They give tons of sprout, basil and even a jalapeno. 2. Shrimp Salad Rolls (2 Rolls) / Gỏi Cuốn Tôm were also very fresh and tasty. I will be ordering from here deom now on.

The pho was amazing! The broth wasn't too salty either just great taste my fav. Got 36. Pho with Rare Beef & Beef Balls / Phở Tái Bò Viên it was A++! And I got an order of the carrot and radish sweet and sour salad it was a huge portion will last me at least 10 days lol! Will definitely order from here again! Can't wait to try their veggie spring rolls!!!! Thanks Pho Mimosa!!

Tried the 10. Fried Chicken Wings / Cánh Gà Chiên, which were well marinated, had a very thin crispy batter and came with an aromatic herby drizzle. The Young Coconut Juice (with Pulp) was mid.sweet and refreshing. #32 Pho Tai is reliably savoury with lots of noodles and sprouts although the portion of beef is more like a garnish. Good packaging ensured all the liquids arrived intact.

Pho Mimosa is consistently the best delivery Vietnamese in Vancouver. From the salad 4. Lemongrass Chicken Salad Rolls (2 Rolls) / Gỏi Cuốn Gà Nướng to the 32. Pho with Rare Beef / Phở Tái to the lemongrass pork banh mi, everything is fantastic, fresh, and packaged with care (no spills). Special shout out to the 1. Deep Fried Pork Spring Rolls (2 Rolls) / Chả Giò which are always delivered smoking hot, crispy and fantastic.

Hands down the only Pho place I ever order from. Always packaged perfectly to ensure zero spillage and it is always hot and sooo yummy. Highly recommend the peanut satay addition!
