Thank you so much, this was amazing! Thank you for including a whole bag full with herbs, it was so, so nice. A lot of lettuce and mint leaves included, I was so happy! The crepe was delicious along with the nuoc cham sauce, it was so yummy! The crepe was still a lil crispy despite being delivered but I think it got a lil soft on the ride but that's normal. I'm excited to order again, thank you so much!

Ordered the Hu Tieu Tom Thit (H2) - glass noodles in pork and chicken broth with shrimp and pork. The love and generosity in this food is evident. It was a bowl of the freshest, most life-affirming flavors and healing herbs - along with fresh quality meats perfectly prepared - expertly packaged. Chopsticks included with spoon and fork. Generous napkins. Plenty of soup for 2. Hint: when an Asian restaurant provides condiments on the side like a wedge of fresh lime or homemade hoisin - use it all! Just wonderful.

The flavors of the sauces and broth were balanced and satisfying. the Summer Rolls were surprisingly filling. The fried egg rolls were so delicious. The minced pork filling was the flavorful, as well. The Pho was delicious. There was so much food. The soup alone could have fed two adults. I am finishing the iced coffee now and it's superior, again so balanced. Finally, the order was so well packaged, there was minimal spillage and mess. It was a pleasure to eat.

I was originally introduced to PHO about 8 years ago, when there was only 1 really good Vietnamese/PHO restaurant in the area. Then more places opened. Had a very good place a block away - and they recently closed :(. So, I've been going to two other places in Edison. Last night, I decided I wanted to see if there was another place to try and I found Pho One. I placed an order for delivery. OMG!!!! It did NOT disappoint. Everything was fresh and broth was absolutely DELISH. I order the Goi Cuon which was extremely fresh tasting and peanut sauce just perfect. Then I moved on to P1 a Pho One, which was beef filet mignon and ox tail Pho. I just can NOT say how delish this was. You could taste the different meat flavors in the broth which was light brown in color and perfectly balanced with spices. I know every Vietnamese restaurants/ families have their own Pho broth recipes. Some light, some more spicy ...... this really was just hands down amazing. I always order beef balls in addition but I couldn't find this option under "sides" on the door dash menu. I could have missed it...... so, I decided to order (for lunch today) Bo Vien - beef ball soup. I really don't like beef balls that have large chunks of cartilage in them - it's such a turn off. It's really a hit or miss - but PHo Ones..... so yummy and great taste - no chunks. I wish I could give 10 stars here. I have found a new favorite place and can't wait to try other dishes. I also wanted to say how well my order was packed and it was great to get the garnishes without having a ton of water in the bag. Great job!!!! If you haven't tried Pho One in Metuchen, you really should!!!
