Wings were big and filling (they were breaded), and not soggy. Best spring rolls I've had in Denver with deli sauce, and the pho is delicious.

I would always order again. The taste was delicious, I ordered the Mild version, but will try medium next. Large portion, perfect for late lunch or dinner. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

Oh my gosh this was perfect after a long day of traveling. The shrimp appetizer were crispy and hot. And the pho was so tasty! The portions were huge and definitely worth the money.

The staff were very kind when I called with questions, so I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the meal was incredibly disappointing.

I called ahead to ask about the broth in the veggie and tofu pho and was told it normally comes with beef broth, but they could make it with vegetable broth upon request. I really appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the broth was completely flavorless - it is actually clear, like hot water.

The vegetable assortment was actually good: mushrooms, carrots, jalapeños, zucchini, cabbage, bean sprouts, scallions, bok choy, and basil. But vegetables and rice noodles in what tasted like plain hot water just wasn't very appetizing.

Honestly, if you're recovering from a stomach bug and want steamed vegetables and plain noodles, this might be perfect. Otherwise, if you're vegetarian or vegan, I'd skip it.

I've been feeling under the weather for the past few days. As a result, I've ordered the Central Pho Rare Beef and Brisket twice. Both times, it was so delicious and so comforting. I absolutely love the packaging of the Pho. Everything arrives fresh and hot. The broth is so flavorful. The pricing was very affordable too! The Pho is very filling too! I will definitely be ordering again! This is now my new favorite Pho spot! :)
