We are known for our noodle soups with of choice of beef, chicken or seafood. Please feel free to tailor your soup to suit your appetite with different meat selections, then accentuate your noodle soup using fresh basil leaves, crisp bean sprouts, tangy lime, hot peppers, and spices (hot chilli and hoisin sauces are placed at your table) to your tasting. All noodle soups are served with rice noodles and a side of fresh basil, crisp bean, lime, and hot peppers (jalapeños).

Exquisite Vietnamese cuisines, each below meal is uniquely sautéed and prepared, to provide you with different alluring tastes of the Vietnamese culture. Select your meat/seafood then decide whether you would like your entrée o be served with white jasmine rice or over rive vermicelli noodles with fresh chopped lettuce, cucumbers and bean sprouts.

Special soups are served with fried onions, instead of basil. The following soups may be substituted for thin rice noodles.

Try a well-known Vietnamese rice noodle dish, also known as "rice vermicelli, " with tasty grilled meats. This refreshing salad-like entrée is served in a bowl with fresh chopped lettuce, cucumbers and bean sprouts. Garnish include crushed peanuts, fried onions, green onions, and sesame seeds-served with our saigon fish sauce. Or if you prefer, white jasmine rice would be served with the tasty grilled meats-glazed with scallions, fried onions and sesame seeds.
