Restaurant always follows instructions and are consistent.
Good packaging. Nice quality beef (tender & low fat), good portion of fresh basil and bean sprouts, which are key! (However, not enough lime to my taste - if you like lime, ask for an extra piece).
Hoisin and Sriracha are in a little container, which is awesome; other places often give a tiny packet of each and it's really not enough.
Consistency and quality are key for me and this restaurant delivers.

Usually love this place. But today, the pho broth had zero flavour! I felt like I was eating hot water instead of a tasty pho broth with all its complexity. The broth IS what makes the pho! I always ask restaurants to pack the meat separately. I receive the raw beef poorly wrapped in Saran Wrap, on top of the noodles. It leaked all over and noodles were soaking in blood. This restaurant serves smaller portions than most places, therefore more expensive, but I still ordered there as I find the meat quality is better. Today, it was full of gristle. Definitely NOT worth the price. I don't know why the quality suddenly diminished but it's very disappointing.

Food was tasty but portion size was not up to price cost. Med Pho was small for $15 and 4 springs rolls barely bigger than cigarettes for $6.60 was upsetting.

Even with the power out, still very good doos and well prepared. Generous portions. very fresh tasting. Been ordering for a long while and will be continuing to. 29. Grilled Chicken and Spring Rolls with Vermicelli - Bun Ga Nuong, Cha Gio is always tasty and the pork as well.
