Dressing is SO GOOD- tangy and sweet, with only the tiniest, tiniest hint of spicy; not too saucy either, so the flavors of the papaya and carrots and such still come through beautifully; though it pools at the bottom so if you *do* want to just drink the rest of it at the end like the sweet nectar it is.. you can. I did, haha. Even the small is a large portion; was enough for a whole meal for me, would be good for two as an appetizer if splitting unless you have more voracious appetites, imho. I have difficulty trying new-to-me foods sometimes but the quality of Wei's Noodle House helps ease my trust issues with that significantly. Every time I try something new from their menu I have been impressed and the only problem I have with it is that every time I go to order I have too many favorites to pick from.
