Bun Bo Hue is a spicy noodle soup, originating from the imperial capital of Huế, in central Vietnam. This lemongrass base dish is admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty & sweet flavor & was traditionally served to the royal court. Served with banana flowers, cabbage, jalapeno & lime. Seasoned satay sauce for desired level of spiciness.
Rice Vermicelli – BÚN' all vermicelli served with shredded iceberg lettuce, bean sprout, cucumber, basil, pickled carrot and radish, crushed peanuts, hint of scallions.
Steamed thin rice vermicelli – bánh hỏi': Do it yourself style wrapped with green lettuce, basil, shredded cucumber, pickled carrots and radish in rice paper then dipped in fish sauce.
