• 5/3/26The Mac n cheese was horrible, the tenders tasted like salt and nothing else and weren't crispy. The fried chicken was okay, but very greasy and not seasoned well at all. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The broccoli casserole was good. The rolls were old and stale.

• 6/13/26I ordered and paid online and when I got there I went to the window and even though there was no line- they said I had to park and come in to pick it up. The service inside was terrible, they ignored me and when I asked to speak to the manager- she walked into the kitchen and wouldn't come talk to me. They were rude and unhelpful. I will not be going back.

• 5/31/26The food was ready, and I could see it sitting there, but I was kept waiting unnecessarily. When I asked about my order, staff were rude and unprofessional. One employee even handed me my food and then snatched it back to tell me not to rush them. The customer service was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses how customers are treated.
