I've had 20+ different flavors of soup and they have ranged from pretty good to excellent. The portion of the medium is perfect and the ingredients and flavors are absolutely spot on. My one complaint is their crackers. The crackers are dreadful. They're made in the United States. I can't imagine why that's necessary. Surely someone in Canada makes crackers. Both their flavor and texture is just icky. The experience would be absolutely perfect if they just didn't use those terrible crackers. I have ordered from them twice a week for at least many months, if not years. Highly recommend.

Commissioners Road location. Absolutely delicious, super fresh, packaged excellent. I bought the egg sandwich with chicken noodle soup. If you're in the mood for a soup or sandwich you gotta experience this store. In my opinion, the best in London.

Wow, this lunch was a total surprise!! I have been sick for a couple of weeks and finally decided to go with the flow and eat what sick people eat: chicken soup and a sandwich. My chicken noodle soup was hot, delicious, full with veggies, tons of noodles and chicken (just a bit more would be perfection). And the Cuban Sandwich ? well, that's what made this food amazing, the flavors, the chicken preparation, the toppings , everything fantastic. Thanks for the first meal that I have enjoyed since I got sick!!!

It was delicious. Fresh bread and eggs, nice hot broccoli and cheddar soup. Thankyou piping Kettle. Definately will order again. If you're in the mood for a soup or sandwich look no more, buy from this restaurant :) you won't be disappointed .

I am already hooked with the Cuban Sandwich but the Souper Size Soup 24oz was so delicious I didn't want to finish it. Absolutely amazing!!!
