Packaging was fancy and very neat for gifting. The jalebi was too hard to bite into. It wasn't fresh, as Indian sweets are supposed to be fresh for the best taste and crisp.
Also, portion should be available in less than 1kg too.
Suggestion: Sweets made fresh, upon order. Smaller quantities should be made available to, for smaller groups of people.

The Jamuns were good, but this time it is delivered unusually in a cardboard box and all the sugar syrup were spilled outside the box. It would be better to deliver these items in a plastic box. I have ordered 3 kgs and all came spilled. Felt helpless.
