GREAT, GREAT PIZZA from
Pizza at Brick Oven. Good under
carriage, toothsome but still bend
able. Slight undercooked, BUT NO
annoying char.
We ordered 3 LG 1 topping special.
In order to pull this off, you have to
have TERRIFIC pizza. First, it must
be said WONDERFUL choice and
distribution of CHEESE. This really
came across in the excellent blend-
ing in cheese and mushroom.
In a really good mushroom pizza, the
taste of mushroom mixed w/ cheese
hits a minute after the 1st bite.
The same could be said of the Garlic
and the Onion pizzas. Good enough
to rival Wooster Square.
Just one criticism -- too salty.
I don't know if it's in the dough
or the sauce, or toppings.
If it was added after -- it's a crime.
It reveals it's heritage as a BAR
pie. More salt, more drinks.
That extra salt puts it one rung
down from pizzeria pies.
Overall, OUTSTANDING quality,
insanely CONVENIENT HOURS.

Brick Oven is by far my favorite pizza in New Haven. Perfect crust, delicious sauce and generous with the toppings. It is getting frustrating lately that the past few orders I have picked up and had delivered had incorrect toppings or were missing toppings that I had paid for.
The salads are big and have better and more ingredients then you would typically expect from a pizza joint.

Probably the worst pie I've had in this city. Floppy, too cheesy, texture of a Panera flatbread squished to its last breathe and then soaked in oil. Better late night pizza in this city for sure, and especially for less than $20 a pie. Yoikes.

This pizza is SO good... definitely not the same Brick Oven as years past. Excellent crust, perfect sauce and toppings ratio-- and you can't beat the price. Highly recommend.

Stuffed shells were super delicious! The carrot cake however, super small portion for $8 and was horrible, crusty and stale tastes like it's a month old.
