Ordered several times before. Always enjoyed the pizzas, but tonight it was like a clumpy dough ball. Ordered thin and crispy, but far from it.

Pizza was doughy and had no sauce, I always order extra cheese, and the cheese was barely melted the last few times as well as having no sauce the last few times as well-also the mild buffalo sauce for some reason was sweet? ... also not the typical experience that I have -the DoorDash driver came in and asked them if they could make my order well done and they still did not follow the instructions.. I've given this store multiple chances, and it's been bad the last three times

There was literally no pizza sauce at all and the crust was horrible. Not the Pizza Hut I grew up eating.

We ordered the 12 inch pepperoni lover's pizza. What we got was something else, with very little pepperoni. It's not even round. we paid extra to get the extra 50% more pepperoni.
