Pupusa are a traditional Salvadoran dish that consists of a thick, handmade tortilla made from corn flour that is filled with a mixture of cheese, refried beans, and seasoned ground pork, veggies, etc. All our pupusas come with a side of salsa and curtido (pickled slaw).
