Received premade bowl with none of my customizations. I ordered a customized Poke Me bowl, and paid for several additions (extra fish, extra sauce additions, extra toppings, etc), as is customary at a poke place. However the bowl I received was sealed and only the standard Poke Me bowl with zero of my additions or modifications. Looked like they just gave me a premade bowl out of a fridge. Not acceptable for a customized bowl. I was still charged for the customizations. I also ordered the Fresh Beets juice, listed on menu as "Beet, carrot, cucumber, pineapple". "Fresh Beets" Juice that arrived had ingredients listed as "Carrot, cucumber, pineapple, beet" -- ie, not a beet juice! False advertising and bait-and-switch is not cool. I will not be ordering from this place again.
