We had a staff meeting with around 16 people - many of whom did a build your own bowl. You guys nailed every order! Everyone was raving about how fresh and ample the ingredients were and how this is now their go-to poke place. Great job!

I love this place but today left me a bit disappointed.
Whenever I would dine-in at their Robson location, I have always been able to add as much complementary sauce and crispy toppings as I want. We have always been told that it’s free. The same applies whenever we would order through DoorDash, the same policy and settings when ordering does not charge me any additional fee. The same in their Richmond location.
When I placed an order today, I was surprised to receive an email notification that I am going to be charged an additional ~$10 for 4 sauces and 3 toppings. I called the store to verify these charges, and I was told that what I had been able to do before was a “mistake” and a “miscommunication”, and that they only offer 2 complementary sources and 2 complementary crispy toppings. Don’t get me wrong. I still love the place, but this pricing/policy switch left a bad taste in my mouth.

Loved the Small Build-a-Bowl as it was just the right size. My friend was a little surprised about the raw egg on top of The Beefy Bowl as she didn't see it mentioned in the description but she still enjoyed the bowl.

I had The Green Bowl, medium size. Good size for one person! Fresh ingredients, I added avocado which was a good add! Lots of flavors and textures! Would definitely buy again.
