The quality has gone way down lately. The first time I noticed was a few weeks ago when the mango was tangy and squishy. I let the manager know because I don't believe in leaving bad reviews, only feedback. I went again recently and it got worse, which is why I feel now I need to say something. The whole bowl just seemed squishy. It didn't have that same freshness like it used to. My daughter said her cucumber tasted like hand sanitizer. I'm not sure if they got new managers or something? I hope they can bring the quality back.
The employees have always been great. Great customer service when I go in! Just bad food quality. Not worth the price anymore. 💔

Not worth the price. Literally three cubes of fish in my bowl for twenty bucks. Very skimpy.

i've been eating here for years. all throughout high school, as well as when i would come home from college. i have been craving this place for months now and thought id try something new. i got the Veggie Lover [Sesame] because i didnt really want fish. when i opened it, it was extremely soggy which i guess i understand from the seaweed salad, but the burrito itself wasn't even wrapped. the second i took it out it completely fell apart and i had to eat it with a fork. i ended up just throwing it away after i finished the first half because i didnt think it tasted good. i paid $25 for this and my dinner ended up in the garbage. i'm just really sad! dont know if i'll get pokitrition again, which is super disappointing after so many years of eating here.
