All of the chicken pieces were over cooked - as if they were leftover reheated chicken. It was cold and the pieces were extremely small. First time eating from that location and it will be the last,

Surf and Turf was dry, few tiny shrimp but mostly fried flour pieces. Definitely didn't look like the picture. My Cinnamon Apple Pie came as a blueberry lemon cheesecake, I think...all the inside was mostly fried out of it.

Got 2 of the 4pc spicy chicken Lrg combos 1 box had slightly pink chicken. The other one was missing a biscuit and sprite was water not even flat sprite just carbonated water. So disappointed I spent $17 and we couldnt enjoy all of our food. I have never had any issues with this store until now. Absolutely disappointed.

One sandwich had more of a chicken strip on it. Half of the sandwich did not have chicken on it and it was mainly fried skin

They gave me way more wings than i ordered. everythings fresh hot and delicious! So happy with this order.
