Good food .. Chicken always very good and crispy.. I just hate that they forget my biscuits multiple times

I have no idea what happened to Popeyes, but the quality is no longer the same. Your biscuits are small hard and tasteless. Your coleslaw was the best now it just tastes like mayonnaise. The chicken tastes like grease. Everything is overpriced I don't know how and why you are still in business.

I only get one piece of 2pc Strawberry Biscuits. It was dry and tasteless. The 8Pc Signature Chicken was also stale and tasteless. Never again no thank you.

Biscuits was dry and hard chicken had a funky taste and was also hard /or spoiled from sitting in store so long, nothing was fresh. I also ordered a 2 -for- 1 yet only received 1 order all the same not 50/50 mix

It's not Honey Chicken Biscuit. it's a chicken breast on a regular butter biscuit. you get 2 honey packets to go on it. had me fooled. Thought the biscuit was at least honey based. I can make this at home.
