This Popeyes really looked out the food was hot and fresh! They gave me 3 flat 3 drums the potatoes were hot andmy coke was crisp

I used to really enjoy everything I choose to order from Popeyes but no longer. Once again the fried shrimps were very tiny and mostly crust. I don't know how to describe the chicken tenders but I did not like. The mash potatoes with gravy, biscuit and soda were the best tasting. It's doubtful I will return .

3 piece was a waste..1 little leg and 2 little wings ??? Since when !
Red beans and rice was not good the rice was hard. Very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Popeyes on University in Charlotte, NC. I ordered 24 wings, but when the order was dropped off, I discovered that only 18 wings were included in the order. The Ghost Pepper wings, which I specifically ordered, were completely missing.
To make matters worse, the wings that were included were swimming in grease. They were so excessively oily that my family and I decided not to eat them at all and ended up throwing them away.
Paying for food that was both incomplete and inedible is completely unacceptable. This order was a waste of money, and the lack of quality control and attention to customer orders is extremely disappointing. I expect much better from a national restaurant chain.
I hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not have the same experience.

The sandwich was nice and crunchy and the nuggets were good. For the amount of food the price is worth it.
