terrible service, they don't give an option to choose white or dark meat. chicken was hard and old fries were cooked in old grease and rice was hard. I tried calling the store several times and no answer.

Everything was cold! I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free Classic Chicken Sandwich and only 1 arrived. I paid an additional 4.15 for fried cheese and it seems to have been fried 3 times and unedible and hard as a rock. the fies are super cold and stale and the red beans and rice were upside down in the bag. I haven't tried them or the sandwich yet, but I figure they're equally as bad.

My DoorDash service was excellent, it was the actual food that was TERRIBLE! I am pretty sure it was food from HOURS before hand. Even the color was strange. Kinda ruined Popeyes for me for awhile. I am surprised they sent someone food like that

The Cajun fries were greasy, the Thai and the rest of the Cajun chicken was mushy, and the coleslaw was slimy. The best part of the meal was the original chicken. It was hot and tender. The other items were not to my liking the food was not packaged with the consumer in mine, it was not tamper resistant.
