the chicken was amazing the biscuits wasn't dry they were buttery soft the chicken wasn't fried to hard it was just the right temperature everything was just amazing

Ordered honey bbq wings half of them didn't have sauce on them. I didn't get my biscuit, I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and there were pickles on both. The sandwiches were tiny and barely chicken just 2 pieces of bread. Horrible food quality and wait time was way too long

I didn't have all my chicken at all. this the third time this happened to me. only one chicken breast, one leg and one small thigh. the fries was cold. the soda didn't have no ice. please fix the order next time. and please give me all my chicken this time. but imma rate yall a 5 star cause yall did that and I'm proud of yall. just missing one piece of chicken and the fries was cold.

Shrimp is not 1/4 pound. No mashed potatoes. Drink was warm. No ice

I am originally from New Orleans where Popeyes originated and was highly disappointed to find the flavor of the red beans and rice to be lacking. I had to add my own seasonings to make it more palatable. Then the sweet tea was not sweet. I had to make my own sugar water to add sugar to the tea it was just not enjoyable. No ice in my tea. The tea was room temperature. This wasn't my favorite experience from Popeyes. The chicken was acceptable and the pie I hope will make it up to me.
