It was a late late work night and very grateful Popeyes was open late. Between the two of us, we enjoyed a Spicy Chicken Sandwich , and a 6Pc Tenders Meal Deal for 2 with sides of Mac and Cheese and red beans and rice. It tasted great, fresh taste, portion sizes were perfect. It had been a while since I had eaten here. Looking forward to coming back for more!

The classic chicken from Popeyes on New Los Angeles Ave. is fresh, hot and delicious. My order is always correct. Stay away from the Simi store. My orders are ALWAYS wrong, the chicken is old and refried or partially cooked to raw. The phone is NEVER answered.

I love pickles, I even drink pickle juice out of the jar. Freezing dill pickle juice in the freezer is a guilty pleasure of mine. So naturally I needed to try the pickle items. The Pickle Glaze Chicken Pickle Glaze Chicken Sandwich was delicious and I will eat them again. The drink... the Chilled Pickle Lemonade, yeah, no. It had too much sugary syrup which for some reason mixed with the pickle flavor leaves a bad after taste. I took three sips out of the straw and couldn't finish the drink. It only comes in large.

The Popeyes at the New Los Angeles is delicious. The delivery is prompt, the chicken is freshly fried, as are the fries. The only drawback is they don't have the mashed potatoes with sausage gravy for some reason. STAY AWAY from the Simi location! They serve old, REFRIED chicken or it's partially raw! The fries are hard and cold. The service is TERRIBLE and they NEVER answer the phone!

Stale... old and stale. Stale bread, stale hard biscuit, like a salty butter shell. Chicken was old stale and saturated in grease. The sandwich was drenched in sauce to try cover it up but it only over powered everything and added soggy textures to the party. The Mac and cheese OLD, congealed cheese that left me in doubt, no crust... didn't seem right. Would not order again, DO NOT RECOMMEND. I did order from here a long time ago, maybe 1 year ago. Thought I'd give them another chance since other location are ok. The one in Chatsworth specifically. But this one is trash, just throw the whole place out. I predict business won't be going to well for much longer. Cause they'll be gone. I can imagine the indoor service. Yelp does a pretty good job of showing it lol. Horrible reviews there too. Needs work. I was hungry as hell but this needs the bin lol. I lost my appetite. Gross
