Mac n cheese taste like mama Sunday dinner. Was so fresh and good. Portion was very good. Would definitely order again

First off, the spicy 4 piece was only a 3 piece. The wing was dry, the drumstick and thigh were "OK". The biscuit was hard and dry, also.
The regular was actually a 4 piece but even more dry than the spicy. The biscuit was acceptable.
I ordered Friday night around 9PM so this could very well be a factor for unacceptable quality.
I'll make sure I remember if I want chicken later in the evening not to order from this store.

Very dissatisfied. The quality, seriously poor, chicken overcooked or sitting under heat lamps for way too long instead of a three piece I got leg and three wings. I'm sorry, but that does not constitute a drumstick or thigh. There was more batter than there was actual chicken. I haven't gone to Popeyes for a while because they were slipping but now I'm really not going back the fact that I can go to Golden corral and get some really good homestyle chicken and pay half the price for six whole pieces is a whole lot. did I mention that I didn't get the two apple pies I paid for.  Thank you DoorDash for crediting my account.

I have never had such a disappointing Popeyes delivery. I ordered a 2 for 1 chicken dinner which was to include 4 pieces each. My order had no chicken legs, and got 3 wings and one breast. Other order had no chicken legs, had 3 wings and one thigh. Crust was rubbery, no crispiness at all. Tasted like it wasn't fully cooked. in the past I have received leg , thigh, breast and wing. What happened???

3 piece was absurdly small, 1 was the size of a nugget and they were flat. The biscuit tasted of nothing, and the mashed potatoes taste powdered. They also forgot my ranch.
