Mardi gras mustard sauce was missing, but I only ordered it to bring my subtotal up to the minimum for reduced fees. adding about $4 to the subtotal reduced my cost about $8.
Classic Chicken Sandwich was good. Cinnamon Apple Pie & Regular Red Beans & Rice were fine

I assumed that their Classic Chicken Sandwich was going to be small, dry, crusty, and old so I ordered two. I WAS WRONG. The Classic Chicken Sandwich is definitely adult-sized. I gave the other sandwich to my friend (conversation IMMEDIATELY went from being chatty to being silenced; all you could hear was us moving the wrapper back and taking bites of our food); chicken was cooked perfectly, it was so juicy, fresh, and flavorful. Even the brioche bun was soft and buttery. Popeye's definitely knocked this out of the park - 10/10. I will be back!!

I had the 3Pc Tenders Combo with red beans and rice. The flavor was good. I chose the medium spicy, but now regret not getting the extra spicy as it wasn't hot enough. The red beans and rice is always good and did disappoint. The sizes of the chicken strips was quite disappointing, however. For the price I expected normal sizes at least and these were about three inches long at most.

ordered the 5Pc Tenders Combo with a sweet tea. The tea was unsweet and watered down, The biscuit was hard, and The therewas only 4 tenders in it also they where hard and not fresh enough like they been sitting there for a while.

The chicken was perfect! Not over or under cooked. I ordered to be delivered to a hotel. Had no straw for my frozen mango lemonade or flatware. Fortunately, I travel with portable retractable straws & flatware. Would most definitely order again!!
