Best quality on delivery I've ever eaten. Absolutely delicious! French fries were hot, chicken was freshly fried, and Cole slaw was good as well. Will order again.

Got 8 piece dinner. Chicken was way over cooked and dried out from sitting under heat lamps. Side or fed beans and rice was more rice than beans( a large size that was more than half full of rice).
Popeyes used tone a good restaurant tigetquality food; this particular restaurant has ruined that rep.

We ordered 2-4 piece meals. Typically this is a wing, drumstick, breast and a thigh. It all came in one box which was no big deal but it was a breast, 2 drumsticks and 5 thighs. I am picky and only eat the breast and wings. So I was disappointed. They were out of cheese bites and replaced them with french fries without contacting us to see if that's what we would like in place of the cheese bites.

Ordered a four-piece meal. The coleslaw was delicious. The chicken was old, greasy, and not coated well. The mashed potatoes and biscuit were fine. Also ordered two BOGO chicken sandwiches. Received one not two. This is not representative of the quality meals I usually get at the drive thru at the Pelham-Alabaster Popeye's. It was a lot to pay for mediocre food.
The door dash service was fantastic! I wish I could rate him separately from the food. He gets 5 stars!

I think this was the Pelham location. BEST Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo I've ever had at any Popeyes. Lovely Cinnamon Apple Pie, too!
