Tried the Penn Ave location again and they were consistent on providing a very good product. Mash and gravy was good. Had a satisfying meal.

usually the chicken is incredible, juicy, tender, but today it was extremely dry and almost all flour and ridiculously small pieces! The oil was old and tasted bad in my mouth, like it was rancid. extremely disappointed with the quality today! I love Popeyes but this was a slap in the face!get it together!

first time eating Popeye's. it was good, fresh, and prepared as ordered. i like the flavor of the mashed potatoes.
