Chicken, Mashed potatoes with Cajun Gravy , Red Bea & Rice arrived hot and fresh. Door Dash delivered quickly. It is my experience with this store that daytime orders are without issue however evening orders are problematic.

3Pc Signature Chicken Combo one of the three pieces was a tiny wing with barely any meat. The other one was overcooked and tough. Mac & cheese was good and so was the biscuit and the apple pie was delicious, but those were not enough to make a meal. They also left out the two sauces I ordered with the 3-pc chicken tenders meal. Summary: Will not be ordering from Popeyes again. They used to be really good.

the sandwiches were really good. evenly sauced and the chicken was juicy and big so they were filling. the Mac and Cheese was awful though. it look all crusted and old. after trying to mix it and reven reheating it was unappealing.

BUY your Chicken somewhere else...The Popeyes in Allen Tx on Bethany was horrible. They shorted us on the Dinners. The chicken was dry & stringy. Bland. as was the red beans & rice, potatoes zero flavor, hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes. When I called the store to inform them that we were missing a dinner ... after informing them about missing our other chicken dinner she put me on hold .... i waited about 10 minutes then she hung up on me. My husband drove to the store to get things corrected. The girl helping my husband when apparently the girl who was rude to me on the phone and hung up on me walked up. The considerate employee told her what he was here for the bad employee rattled off in Spanish and stormed off...

Food is okay. Just wished they served chicken with meat. Mostly bone, like wings, or slim legs were given. I'd cost didnt match product
