I'm not sure how but I got 3 shrimp, and 5 stringy tenders 4 of which had no meat. Arguably the worst biscuit I've ever had and both apple pies were burnt. I don't know if Popeyes has taken a dive in general or it's just the location this came from. How do you screw up a Cinnamon Apple Pie? Just awful.

The chicken wasn't crispy, it was hard and stale, very little chicken in each strip. They also forgot the sauces. The biscuits were hard outside and rubbery inside.

The chicken was so less and it was all just skin and quality was awful and not what I usually expect, left such a bad taste and didn't even finish my meal.

For me, Popeye's chicken is slightly bland compared to other chicken restaurants. Have to get it spicy or it really lacks flavor. Definitely a 2nd choice.
