4Pc Signature Chicken Dinner The chicken taste old, I received a second leg instead of thigh, breast, leg & wing and was not contacted as requested if there were any changes. The beans and rice barely had any beans. I kept stirring until I found a few, so it was mostly rice and gravy. The mashed potatoes barely had any gravy on it at all.
New! 6Pc Wings All I can say is thank goodness they were free as I would want to pay for them. The "wing dings" were not quality product at all and I even got a bonus wing tip in the box. I ordered Bbq sauce on the side, received a cup stating it was signature hot but it was something sweet & hot. I wanted to spit bite out. I'm glad I hadn't put it all over the chicken or else i wouldn't have been able to eat it. Not an enjoyable meal.

They went above and beyond. We had a very large order and they made sure every part was perfect from the thicc and juicy tenders to the fresh biscuits and then a whole bag full of sauces.

3Pc Signature Chicken I was very disappointed. A 3pc should be a breast, wing, & leg or thigh unless otherwise requested. I received a tiny wing, leg, & tiny thigh in 1 box and a tiny wing, leg, & reg thigh in the 2nd box.
Delivery from Popeyes isn't dependable.

We ordered 2, 3Pc Signature Chicken. When is was delivered it had no breasts which we fully expected. When we get a 2 piece it includes a breast so you would think a 3 piece would have one. Their menu does not say which 3 pieces you get but a thigh, and leg, and a wing just doesn't cut it, especially for the price. Also they need to change their oil. Overall very disappointing.

Rec'd 10 pieces rubbery deep fried crust. They could have fried fresh tenders before giving them to someone to eat! The beans/rice had black specks in it. Very disappointed in the service!
