The flavor was good as usual. I was disappointed in the pieces I was given. I thought by ordering the four pieces I would get a variety. However I was given one wing and three thighs. I probably won't order for delivery again because you can't specify what pieces you want.

Ordered a 2 piece combo,which historically comes with leg and a thigh, and instead, they gave me 2 of the smallest legs I have ever seen . The biscuit had more meat on it than the chicken legs. Not worth it for$12 for the combo.

Chicken was not fresh, it was pretty OLD and was definitely sitting there for hours
; we received 4 breasts of a 12 piece and the fries were greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil! #highlypissed #tooexpensivetoonotbefresh

Three of the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Wouldn't even make a good hors d'oeuvre!!

The food was fine, however the presentation of the food was sloppy. For example, our fries were everywhere in a single bag and it only had one bag of fries in the bag (we ordered two medium fries) and the rest of the Cajun Fries were scattered in the bag. The chicken was a bit lack luster, I wish they'd get a special request section where I can request all flats for the wings, that would have made a difference. Furthermore, It was on me not to choose ghost pepper wings. The signature hot New! 6Pc Wings were a 5/10, I don't recommend. I decided to get the sauce on the side and coat the meat myself, the sauce wasn't "hot" or extra spicy at all. It tasted heavy , sweet and had a bit of a twang (spice). The Chilled Mango Premium Lemonade is good but Iprefer the frozen one (SO MUCH BETTER).
